Valentina directly supports Jay’s work on business disputes and business transactions. With Jay’s oversight, she handles initial research and analysis, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing and reviewing discovery, and drafting and reviewing contracts. This frees Jay up to focus more on strategy, negotiation, judgment calls, and communicating with clients.

Before joining Jay’s team, she earned her law degree and a specialization in Commercial Law from Universidad de La Sabana and worked on U.S., Canadian and Colombian corporate matters at a leading global provider of administrative, compliance, and fiduciary services.

She speaks English, Spanish and French.
